WHY ALISON?

Alison joins the team at Century 21 Gympie with over 13 years’ experience as a Property Manager.

“I was very fortunate to spend seven wonderful years at home to raise my boys, but other than that I have always been a Property Manager”

Alison believes the secret to her success and longevity as a Property Manager is always continuing to grow and learn both personally and professionally; analysing your success and failures.

In addition, Alison believes that although it is important to keep up with changing legislation and the latest Real Estate technologies; it is still just as important to maintain the traditional elements of Property Management. At the heart of Alison’s Property Management philosophy includes a solid framework of communication, organisation, attention to detail, hard work and compassion.

Although not a true Gympie local just yet; Alison made a leap of faith with her husband over 14 years ago moving from NSW to purchase a home in Gympie and has never looked back.

Alison’s much-loved horses have taken a back seat lately to her boys' involvement in racing competitive motocross, but she manages to maintain a healthy balance between work and family.
