Brittany Menkins

Joining the Property Management team in October of 2022, Brittany is relatively new to in industry with just shy of 12 months experience.

Focusing on supplying our clients with up to date profiles of their investments by completing Entries, and Routine Inspection Reports. Brittany strives on supporting our tenants to have their homes in the best possible standard for our owners, by helping our tenants on how to troubleshoot and maintenance and cleaning suggestions, and looking out for the best interest on our clients.

Being somewhat new to the area after moving from Chinchilla and Emerald 2 years ago, Brittany has brought in a wealth of knowledge with a background in management and retail. After owning her own bakery for 5 years, family came 1st and moved to the are for the beach life and for a better work life balance. Plants and food are her bread and butter and loves finding new cafes and places to explore with her small family.
