Candyce’s flair for figures and conflict resolution have found the perfect context in her current role as Office Manager. Along with her sound knowledge of McEwing & Partners’ administration systems (many of which she has single-handedly implemented and completed staff training on, herself) and background in the Accounts Department reflect her efficiency and commitment to the company. Her progressive achievements in this position offer Candyce’s colleagues the confidence that their own roles are in the hands of an industry professional with a reputation unmatched in her time, which extends generously to McEwing & Partners’ advertising associates, business affiliates and clients when required.
Unperturbed by any issues, changes or unforeseen circumstances that occur in and out of our Mornington and Mount Eliza offices, Candyce quickly and effectively resolves matters while maintaining a pleasant demeanour and comprehensive command of all relevant REIV and fair work legislation. Her support of McEwing & Partners’ Sales Team in particular, is driven by her outstanding ability to multitask and oversee ever-developing office policies and procedures.
After beginning her time as a Receptionist at McEwing & Partners and doubling as a part-time Personal Assistant to a number of agents over the years, Candyce eventually increased her responsibilities as a full time Marketing Administrator before taking temporary leave in 2015 to start a family. Her experiences in these diverse roles now as a Manager and mother make her ideally suited to handling heavy workloads, human resources and diligence in her multifaceted day to day tasks - crucial to success in such a fast paced environment.
