Corinna Schugmann is part of our skilled property management team, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Known for her strong work ethic, and approachable nature, Corinna is dedicated to building lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Having been a landlord herself, Corinna understands the importance of clear communication, prompt action, and treating every investment property with the care and attention it deserves. She believes that integrity, transparency, and a solid knowledge base are essential to successful property management.

A long-time local, Corinna has lived in and around Gawler and the Barossa for more than 35 years, giving her valuable insight into the region’s property market and community dynamics. Outside of work, she enjoys horse riding, basketball, and proudly supports her daughter’s sporting pursuits in basketball and football. Corinna is known for being motivated, compassionate, and always up for a good laugh—qualities that help her connect with clients and colleagues alike.
