As co-principal of the Century 21 Conolly Hay Group, David Conolly leads a high-achieving team of real estate professionals. Across three offices in Noosa Heads, Peregian Beach and Sunshine Beach, David’s sales team share his passion for achieving great prices for clients as well as delivering record-breaking results.

After nearly two decades in Noosa, David is now one of the region’s most respected agents. His expertise is steeped in 25 years of industry experience as a leading agent and today he plays a leading role in inspiring Century 21 Conolly Hay Group agents to strive for record breaking sales.

“I got a great start in the real estate industry and property development and I have used that to help shape the agent I have become. I have a strong focus on exceeding client’s expectations and making sure the team is results-driven,” David says.

David leads by example having won many awards including the coveted Century 21 Centurion agent since 2008. Along with co-principal Mike Hay, David and the team at Century 21 Conolly Hay Group have grown their business to be Noosa’s leading agency within just a few years. The group now has 20 staff across their three offices.
