David Stefanetti

Originally from Perth, I moved to Busselton in 2006 to pursue a Plumber/Gas Fitter trade in the housing industry. During my 12 years as a Tradesman, I developed a keen interest and enthusiasm for Property and the Real Estate market.

It was a natural progression for me to move into the Real Estate sector in 2018, and I am pleased to be working in this field to be able to further help the customers and clients that I met along the way in my past employment.

I have always enjoyed communicating with people and love to help my clients reach their individual goals whether that is to sell their home, or to purchase a new property.

There can be long hours and hard work involved in ensuring that a property sale goes smoothly for all parties involved, but I am passionate about making sure that each of my clients become life long customers who have no hesitation recommending me again and again. A referral from a repeat client speaks volumes.

My past year in the Real Estate industry has been a really positive experience and I'm looking forward to what this next year brings with my latest venture, joining the LJ Hooker team led by Brent Spooner from LJ Hooker Bunbury/Collie.

I am a local Busselton resident and I am looking forward to continuing to build relationships within my Real Estate career looking after the Busselton & surrounding areas of the South West.
