Having lived and worked in the area for over 25 years Emmanuel has great insight to the inner west’s progressive changes in the retail sector and business trends. A long professional involvement in commercial leasing in the Newtown / Enmore region with over 250 commercial lettings under his belt, makes him an expert and the ‘go to person’ for advice in all retail and commercial leasing matters. Whether it is securing the right type of tenant for your property or if you’re looking for local area knowledge, Emmanuel is the person to speak to on Enmore Road.

His expertise and advice is an asset to our office having insight and experience with managing commercial fit outs, to liaising with Council and negotiating commercial lease terms. As for tenants, his qualifying process ensures long tenancies with completions of lease terms.

Emmanuel was a finalist in 2018 for 'Property Management Officer of the Year'; and is part of the team who won 'Property Management Team of the Year' at the 2019 Wiseberry Awards Night.
