Over the years Geoff’s interests have expanded in every direction. As a builder, he has built spectacular award winning homes from scratch and crafted designer renovations, as a developer he has created homes to meet demand at every level of the market. While as an investor, he has developed a portfolio of multiple homes. Now, as a real estate professional he brings all this knowledge to his clients, bringing sellers and buyers together to find their perfect match.

His involvement in the successful sale of each individual vendors property begins with a clear-eyed assessment of the property’s advantages, moves on to eliminating negatives, then extends to negotiating the best possible price.
