Jodie Menadue

Jodie grew up near Longwarry and Garfield and completed her secondary schooling at Drouin Secondary College. She grew up watching the change in the area. With an understanding of how the local market works, her experience makes her a key component to your sale. What is most important to Jodie is her ability to help people.

Real estate is a journey, and while people are often cautious, Jodie is passionate about taking the journey alongside the vendor to ensure a stress-free experience. She says watching the vendors scan a room while they remember where their children took their first steps or helping someone that has to move on and is still emotionally attached to a property is the reason she loves what she does.

“I love the journey, I love the feeling of making things easier at a stressful time, and then to help the buyer in the same way, helping people find the home they are looking for by listening to their needs and having the opportunity to be standing by their side and watching them excitedly looking through the home.”

As a Mum of two beautiful girls, she loves spending time with her family, going for walks with their family dog and exploring our wonderful countryside. She loves cooking and gardening, and she and her daughters love watching movies.

With her strong sales and negotiating ability, she has won Sales Creator of the year 18-19, which says a lot about how hard she will work for you.
