As an owner of the business, Kate oversees the Administration and Property Management, as well as providing Sales Support for the office. 

With over ten years experience in the industry, Kate is an expert on property management, management rights, building management and hotel management. Kate has also worked extensively in research and administration and therefore perfectly placed to oversee all areas of the business and provide support to the whole team. 

Kate has lived on the Gold Coast for over 20 years and offers a personalised, friendly and caring service for each one of her clients. As a Mum of three school-aged children, she certainly knows the value of her clients' time!
