Hi! I’m Loni Visser – your local real estate expert and proud Office Manager here at Contessi Kalbarri and Kalbarri Escapes.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the real estate and holiday property industry, I’ve helped hundreds of people find their dream homes, smart investments, or the perfect holiday getaway. I’ve been a Sales Representative since 2015, and in 2021 I completed my Diploma of Property Services and gained my Real Estate & Business Agent's Licence—so I’m fully equipped to guide you through every step of your property journey.

Our office at Contessi Kalbarri is your one-stop shop! We handle property sales, permanent rentals, holiday accommodation, strata management, laundry services, and now facilities management too. Whether you're buying, selling, staying, or investing—we’ve got you covered. We’re open five days a week and always just a phone call away when you need us.

Kalbarri isn’t just where I work—it’s my home and my heart. I love this town and proudly support our local school, SES, sporting clubs, and the Kalbarri Development Association. I’ve helped organise the beloved Kalbarri Rock Lobster Festival, which has now grown into the vibrant Kalbarri Festival, and every year I coordinate the Australia Day Fireworks Show that brings our community together in the most magical way.
