Matthew Li

As a Property Manager at Areal, Matthew Li is responsible for representing both our landlords and our tenants, and taking care of every aspect of the renting and leasing process from start to finish. He joined the Areal team in 2022, and brings to the table more than 7 years of property management experience.

As a property manager, Matthew is result-oriented and hardworking. He is committed to going above and beyond to deliver quality service, and help all of his clients achieve great things in the property space. Since joining the Areal team, Matthew has successfully managed nearly 260 properties, and has listed and leased more than 160 properties in the last three months alone.

With a Masters of Communication, Matthew prides himself on being a highly effective, efficient, and transparent communicator – a quality that is highly valued and appreciated by all of the clients that he works with. Matthew’s strong communication skills enable him to be highly attentive to his clients’ needs, and develop tailored leasing strategies that align with their goals and requirements as property owners. He is passionate about creating win-win leasing agreements where both our landlords and tenants benefit, for an easy and hassle-free leasing experience that is enjoyable for everyone.

Outside of work, Matthew is a passionate traveller and sportsman. His hobbies include spending time with his family, travelling, playing and watching ball games, and riding his bike.
