Within the inner sanctum of Stone Engadine, Melissa is regarded as something of a phenomenon. Since 2013, Mel has become the operational backbone of our Agency, and a familiar, reassuring face to many of our customers and the community at large.

Mel’s role is to oversee the smooth operation of our Sales Support and Marketing processes as well as our Administration team, which she does with boundless enthusiasm and strength. Universally admired by her colleagues, Mel is a perfectionist who applies fairness, honesty and humility regardless of whether the situation calls for problem solving or celebration.

Mel has a passion for and knowledge of Engadine, the 2233 area and the Sutherland Shire that would put many Agents to shame. A family orientated champion of the educational and recreational lifestyle we get to enjoy in our community, Mel is passion personified both in work and in life.

A zealous guardian of our people, standards and culture, Mel is also known as ‘a bit’ of a fanatic when it comes to the Sydney Swans or Canterbury Bulldogs. Be prepared for a lively debate should one of these teams come up in conversation with her!
