Pauline Johnson

Who says older people don’t adapt to change? Pauline left her training and coaching business of 15 years in the UK 10 years ago and headed for the land of sun, sea and wine!

Once she was able to work in Australia; she took up a complete change of career and studied for her Real Estate license in Hervey Bay using her communication and people management skills and humour she threw herself into her new career in Property Management, which Pauline loves and has been doing now for seven years. Why does she love this? Well everyday is different, so much diversity, working with colleagues, owners and tenants and interacting with the tradies and fingers crossed providing the best of service to each and all clients.

Pauline has worked on portfolios which have covered acreage properties of up to 300 acreages to one bedroom units and loved every minute. She made the move to Townsville and joined the Harcourts family a year ago to be near her children and her beloved grandson.
