WHY RACHEL?

Rachel McAuliffe has been with our team since 2018 after a short break from the industry. Locally born and raised she has been a resident of the Gympie community for over 20 years. She loves all the hidden gems that Gympie has to offer.

Rachel started her career in the Real Estate industry in 2012 primarily focused on Property management. Starting out as a Property Managers Assistant she has not looked back and worked her way through a traineeship to gain her Certificate IV in Property Services. She has ranged from managing her own large portfolio to being a team leader of a portfolio of around 350 properties. Not stopping there, she is also currently studying a Batchelor of Business Management to extend her knowledge base.

Her determination and passion for assisting her clients to reach their investment objectives form part of the list of reasons her clients entrust her with their investments. In the ever-changing property management world, Rachel does not shy away from a challenge. She offers professional yet personalised experience and will even go above and beyond her job role to assist her tenants and Landlords. Rachel treats the management of her clients' investments as if they were her own and is the reason why she has many repeat customers and client referrals within the Property Management industry.
