Professional, enthusiastic and highly efficient, Shellie Coles brings an unrivalled package of experience, knowledge and people skills to her role as Head of Property Management. 

Shellie began her career over 20 years ago and has never wavered from providing a personalised and professional customer experience for every person and in every situation she encounters. Shellie has since become the longest serving, most accomplished and well-known Property Manager in the 2233 postcode, having immersed herself in the area for over 14 years now.

What makes Shellie truly unique is her single-minded commitment to keep ahead of industry best practices. She ensuring quality systems, policies and procedures are in place & fully enables her team by constantly sharing new industry or legislative changes and updates. Shellie regularly undertakes industry courses with enthusiasm and has extensive knowledge of the Act and its legislation. Shellie is also an expert in Trust Accounting.

Shellie has completed a Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management) with Distinction and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

Incredibly, after all these years she still thoroughly enjoys the challenges, constant changes, learning opportunities and the contact with a wide range of people that her role provides. Upon meeting her, you will discover her unbridled enjoyment for her job is genuine and obvious!

A ‘mad’ Cronulla Sharks supporter and an incredible Mum to three young children, Shellie is a ‘true’ local who carries a huge responsibility both at home and work, and she does this all with stoicism, calm and a huge smile. We are very lucky she represents us. As are our customers.
