Sophie Carter

I am a highly experienced and successful real estate professional with 20 years in the industry, including 9 years as the owner of my own agency, Sophie Carter Exclusive Properties. Real estate runs in my family; my grandfather and father were both agents, and my parents owned and operated a boutique agency for over 15 years.

I've been involved in real estate from a very young age, with it being a constant topic of conversation at our dinner table. In 2010, my family and I sold our small family agency, "Richard Carter Realty," to Ray White, one of the largest franchisees in Australasia. This move proved to be beneficial both personally and professionally.

I believe that the real estate industry is a balance between people and property, and I enjoy both aspects. I find great satisfaction in helping people through the complex process of buying and selling property and also love the different facets of real estate including construction, design, and architecture.

Known for my hard work and dedication to my clients, I am constantly pushing the boundaries with different marketing ideas, tailoring campaigns for each property, and adjusting the sale method according to the market.

I am straightforward and honest; my goal is to make the sale process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible for my clients and to deliver the information required to make an informed decision without any pressure. Operating this way has enabled me to absolutely love what I do, 20 years later!

When I'm not working, I am outdoors with my partner and two young boys exploring the beaches and beautiful waterways the region offers or cooking up a storm at home, trying out new recipes from one of my many cookbooks.
