Stephanie has real estate in her blood and has been around the industry since the tender age of 4. Aside from gaining experience at another real estate firm for 2 years, Stephanie has worked alongside her mother, Susan Taylor, and helped build, Centro Estates, a unique boutique agency focused on exceptional customer service. For Stephanie, real estate isn’t just a career it’s her passion and a lifestyle choice, she loves helping people every day and it is this level of ambition, energy and enthusiasm that regularly puts Stephanie on the receiving end of referrals from happy clients, and sees her clients come back time and time again.

With now 15 years experience and 11+ years selling, Stephanie has a strong track record in her sales strategy, Auctions and has successfully helped sell over $100,000,000 in real estate transactions in her career.

Stephanie brings a young, fresh and energetic approach to the business, she has a high attention to detail and is great with technology which allows her to be a the forefront of the industry. Stephanie is committed to continually perfect her craft. She has a Certificate IV in Property and Business, and a Diploma in Property Services (Agency Management). Stephanie travels far and wide, including to New York to participate in learning the most innovative marketing strategies.

Giving back to the community is really important to Stephanie and she is heavily involved in the community and always trying to give back to others and collaborating with local businesses. Some of the charities and events she has helped raise funds for are, the Salvation Army, Great Cycle Challenge raising funds for Kids with Cancer, Cure Brain Cancer Foundation, Australia's Biggest Morning Tea for Cancer Council and the RSPCA.
