After 15 years in the building industry, my focus for the last three years has been the listing and selling of homes in Real Estate. I have extensive knowledge when it comes to plans and building which I use in my Real Estate career to give my clients as much information and support with their decisions as possible.

At the beginning of my Real Estate career I worked alongside my father Ray Germon, who has over 26 years experience as an Sales Agent. He was able to pass on to me his knowledge and passion for the industry and provided a great start for me to forge ahead with my own Real Estate career.

My focus to you as the customer is to provide exceptional customer service, a fresh and innovative approach to your next transaction and always being there to assist with your queries or concerns.

Alongside me I have my wife Renee who works as my Listings and Sales Assistant. With 14 years experience in the industry herself and holding a current Real Estate License, she is able to assist with any enquiries, viewings or information in my absence.

I have lived in Australind for 32 years, enjoying the lifestyle and opportunities it has to offer. Renee and I have two young sons, Taylor and Ethan.

I have a long standing involvement with local businesses, builders and the Harvey Brunswick Football Club.
