About Steve Maher

Steve is Managing Director and Licensee and holds tertiary qualifications in Real Estate, Project Management, Information Technology & Marketing.

He comes from a strong real estate family dating back to the 1938 when J.J. Maher (Jack) started the first family real estate agency. Focusing on commercial and residential in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Several family members followed and Steve began his first foray into real estate in 1998 on the Gold Coast as a residential agent. The broader Maher family has over 100 years of collective real estate experience.

Steve has also founded/co-founded five start-up companies and was engaged by several large organisations such as Mirvac, AMP, Suncorp, Retail Food Group in various management roles. This experience from all sides of the commercial real estate sphere gave him the commercial “bug” and provided him with his unique edge and marketing insight.

He has a keen commercial eye and great real estate sense along with an unparalleled edge among real estate agents in digital marketing insights. Steve’s motto is;
