Tim’s real estate career spans a couple of decades now, and as a 25 year-old newly-wed in 2005, it all began in Lower Hutt. Since then, the journey has included many record sales, company awards and other recognition.
Striving to be innovative drives Tim’s success, and it is one of the key reasons his results have consistently exceeded expectations. Tim’s clients say he adds value and they can frequently be heard saying things like “he was eternally optimistic throughout the process”, “he instinctively knew what I wanted and found me the right place”, and “he’s always so enthusiastic!”
Tim wins his customers over with a sunny, affable, and gregarious disposition, and a penchant for the theatrical and creative drives his approach to attracting house hunters. Because of his strong interpersonal skills, Tim is a natural negotiator. This comes from having a great relationship with everyone involved throughout the process. He says that the secret sauce to getting people what they want comes from the agent being competent at listening, reading people, and having a finely honed sense of intuition.
To ensure that his properties stand out from the rest, Tim produces dynamic and engaging marketing campaigns which put people at the heart of property. The goal of fostering an environment where real estate salespeople have freedom to use their talents for the benefit of their clients has prompted Tim to establish his agency, McGuire Real Estate Limited, in early 2022.
