Tim Williams

Tim is a highly motivated, sales professional, with experience in a wide range of sales areas, from his early years selling Real Estate on the Gold Coast to a 20-year career in Advertising Sales across several media brands in Brisbane.

Most recently Tim established his own Real Estate Company, working as part of a Property Consultancy, selling High-end luxury apartments in a number of developments on the Gold Coast.

Tim’s sales success is underpinned by a friendly and enthusiastic, down to earth approach, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

A dedicated family man, Tim has called the inner North of Brisbane home for the last 20 years, currently living in an old Queenslander with his wife and twins, along with their 4 chickens.

With an extensive background in sales and marketing, Tim ensures that every detail is taken care of, when successfully marketing and negotiating the sale of your property.
