Le-Anne Allan

With a list of awards on a state level that have seen her leading the way in real estate, licensed real estate agent Le-Anne Allan has returned to the industry, working with Ray White Bargara.

Early in the 1980’s, Le-Anne stepped into her first real estate property management and sales experience in Bargara.

Since that time her career has continued to evolve around the real estate profession in Bundaberg, Bargara and the Gold Coast for over 40 plus years.

Le-Anne operated the successful Richardson & Wrench Bargara Beach real estate office from 2005 through to 2020.

During this time the company and its team won considerable awards including most outstanding office with Le-Anne herself being named the most outstanding selling principal for the highest number of transactions and income earned.

The Bargara office’s achievement was the culmination of many years hard work by Le-Anne and her husband and business manager, Glen.

They had the knowledge and confidence to take property marketing to a new level in Bargara Beach and then put in the hard work that is needed to return results.

They did this and built a team with the capability to successfully handle major project marketing assignments as well as residential sales and property management.

Le-Anne brought to the business and continues to do so for Ray White Bargara, the combination of her intimate knowledge of the town in which she grew up and the marketing and sales experience accumulated during her time working in Sydney and the Gold Coast in the tourism, hotel, property and time-share sectors.

Since 2020, Le-Anne has experienced a sabbatical after the sale of their successful Richardson & Wrench Bargara Beach business, however, has firmly kept her foot and eyes on the local property market and it’s exciting growth during that time.

While Le-Anne’s experiences and skills may have evolved over the years, she is not a person to sit still and is passionate about continuing education and training in all areas of life, particularly combining a strong traditional real estate service and communication focus supported by today’s emerging and evolving technologies.

Whilst having managed and operated three individual local coastal real estate agencies, Le-Anne is now dedicated to operating independently for the area’s leading coastal real estate agency, Ray White Bargara.

Her focus is on providing the best in real estate services whilst combining a strong traditional real estate service and communication focus supported by today’s technologies.

Community and professional involvement:

Le-Anne is a proud founding member of the Zonta Club of Bundaberg. Zonta is an international organisation who works to “Build a Better World for Women and Girls”

From 2021-2023 Le-Anne accepted the position of Club President, wherein the Club has experienced a reinvigoration of its members, fundraising activities and local advocacy and service works, culminating in being awarded the Bundaberg Regional Council’s Community Group of the Year Award for 2023.

Le-Anne has proudly been a member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland and has supported and represented her local profession as Bundaberg Zone Chair from 2016 to 2021.

She now is involved in the REIQ Sales Chapter. Le-Anne would love to see all real estate agents work toward the betterment of the real estate profession by uplifting skills, commitment and continuing professional development through membership of the REIQ.
